Don't know which computer to get....?
I am torn between 2 different Dell Inspiron 570 desktop PCs. One is brand new from Dell ($413.56) and the other is seller refurbished on EBay (459.99).

Neither. There are far better deals than a Sempron 140 and Windows 7 Starter desktop for $413 (I wouldn't pay more than $200 for that) and I'd never buy refurbished computers on eBay. You have no idea who they are, if the desktop works at all or if you'll get a warranty as manufacturers only support warranties from certified resellers usually. Stick with stores like Amazon, Newegg, and TigerDirect if you want refurbs, and you'll probably find better deals than that anyway.
